Natura is Romeciti Groups current landmark project and in our opinion a landmark in Macquarie Park. Natura won the 2018 Sydney Design Award.
Competition from other local projects by well known Developers meant that we had to invest more in order to compete and that we had to provide a much better product and better amenity for our predominantly owner-occupier Purchasers. The success of our presales confirmed this.
