Mr Charles Zhang talked to me in most unprofessional manner and doesn't have any proper etiquette to talk. I came across many of such so called property dealers who will consider other person time waste without knowing any god damn thing. No wonder he reviewed his company himself and gave it 5 star ratings as well.🤣

Upon inspecting a property virtually with Jerry, we applied and got the all clear that the owner had accepted our application and approved us for the property. We then got the phone call from Jerry to say that it was ours and to deposit the 2 weeks amount as holding deposit in which we did. 2 weeks holding deposit is a breach and illegal. Only one week is the only amount that is required as a holding deposit, stated by Fair Trade. We sent the receipt to Jerry. The following day we received a message from Jerry to say the owner needs to confirm. This is after Jerry had received our deposit and after stating that the owner has confirmed. Jerry had stated to me he has numerous deposits on this property. Jerry accepted numerous deposits on this property which is in itself illegal . We then received a message from Jerry stating that the owner has chosen another application. Very unprofessional in how this company runs their property management. Beware!

My experience with Jerry from Citione was one that I cannot forget. He is so delicated to his job to provide the best service, advice and help to get you your dream property. He has done over and beyond his duty as a selling agent to assist both pre and post sale matters. Without his great guidance, I wouldn't have found this great quality property. Beware of them, they would charge you wrong on rental bonds. They would not give you any initial or after conditions reports and would charge for everything that you even have not done.
